A supplement was emailed to State farm on 06/13/17 at 1:41 pm for the customer Diane Leckie, claim # 38-0226-K8101 Shop received confirmation of submitted supplement from State Farm later that day. It is now 06/20/17 with no appointment date made by State Farm. We are experiencing these delays from State Farm consistently.
