Complaint Comments:
Not only was steering word tracks used one time but they tried using their word tracks five time, even after telling them the shop I was using that wasn't one of their contracted DRP shops. They deliberately missed damage on the first inspection after refusing to reinspect at my body shop so that it delayed my repairs. They deliberately missed damage on the second inspection after refusing to reinspect at my body shop so that it delayed my repairs. They would not do a personal inspection at my body shop, they had a tow truck tow it 20 miles away twice that caused delays of my repairs. They didn't pay me for all my damages, causing me to have an unpaid balance at my body shop. After missing all my damage, underpaying my claim they refused to reinspect the damages they missed.
