Complaint Comments:
I was told by Sara Smart that I must use their glass vender. She stated that they have a contract with Safelight Auto Glass. I told her this was not my vendor of choice. Again she said to use Progressive's vendor. Then I asked Sara about profit margin and said there was no mark up on glass. The last time I checked being in business was to make money, not to give my high quality service away for free. The name on my building is Robinson Auto Body, not Progressive Insurance. At this point there is an outstanding invoice that she and her company refuses to pay.
