MR LEROY REFUSED ITEMS OF THE ACTUAL COST OF REPAIRS FROM THE SUMBITED INVOICE FOR REPAIRS NEEDED. THEY FELT THAT WE DID NOT FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES SET BY STATE FARM, NOT THE APPRIASERS ACT. THEY ALSO FELT THE PAID FOR SOME OF THE OPERATIONS ALREADY REQUEST FOR BUT COULD NOT EXPLAIN THEM. ALSO THEY FELT SOME OF THE OPERATIONS WERE NOT NECESSARY FOR THE COMPLETION OF THIS VEHICLE. COULD SOMEONE LOOK INTO THIS.
