JIM SEEDS OF MAPLE GLEN APPRAISAL CO AND MYSELF CAME TO AN AGREED PRICE TO REPAIR A 1997 FORD THUNDERBIRD OWENED BY BETTY BARKER A CLAIMANT .JIM REPERSENTING SHELBY INS. K/S KOLLISION REPRESENTING MRS BARKER.SHELBY INS AND MAPLE GLEN APPRAISAL CO THEN SENT THE APPRAISAL TO PRO CLAIMS FOR AUDIT. PRO CLAIMS THEN CHANGED THE ESTIMATE WHICH WE DID NOT AGREE TO. JIM REULE REFUSDED TO FAX THIS ESTIMATE TO US STATING THAT HE COULD NOT WITHOUT AN AGREED PRICE AND WOULD FOWARD THIS TO SHELBY, AND SHELBY WOULD PAY HIS AUDIT ONLY. I THOUGHT THAT ONCE WE HAD AN AGREED PRICE WITH A STATE LICENSED APPRAISER THAT THIS WAS A VERBLE CONTRACT TO REPAIR THE CAR AS PER HIS ESTIMATE. THANK YOU' BRUCE KURYLOSKI / K'S KOLLISION
