Complaint Comments:
Mr. Fritz inspected Mr. Loepers vehicle at Flicks Auto. He was given access to vehicle and told shop that there was suspension damage to right front. Shop demonstrated that right front axle was broken. Mrs Fritz makes no notation that axle was broken and that suspension damage was evident. As repair are started shpop removes damaged suspension and calls for supplement, to assess all damages and is denied payment for damages because parts were not on the vehicle. Claim rep tells Mrs Loeper that damaged suspension is prior unrelated. Be advised the vehicle was towed from New York.
