Department fo Insurance on 3 March 09 at 3:30 pm Todd Fritz of state Farm Insurance wrote an apprasial on a 2005 Ford pick up truck, He also wrote a prior loss estimate. The prior loss damage estimate was greater than the actual loss estimate! The prior loss was 2 panels on the front, one of the panels having extremly light damage. The actual loss had much more severe damage,and that damage consisted of 4 panels It is OBVIOUS that the prior loss was written with a slanted view, being higer than normal to reduce proper and fair reimbursement fot the actual loss. Also Mr. Fritz failed to discuss these estimates with anyone with authority at Flick Bros. Nor did he contact the shop at a later time to explain his rational.
