State Farm is single handily the worst Insurance Company we deal with on a daily basis. They are as corrupt as the State Insurance Department. As far as I know they are in cahoots with each other. Mrs. Shimkus brought us her vehicle for repairs. We had a short pay claim with State Farm a few months prior on her sons vehicle were he paid out of pocket. This claim was handled in the same fashion by State Farm as they always do. We will submit email documentation to all of the delay's they caused the consumer as well as not properly idemnifying her leaving her with a significant short pay she had to pay out of pocket. This needs to stop. The bullying of consumers needs to stop. I understand SF supplies the highway with roadside assistance trucks, as well as funds many political campaigns. But we need to protect the consumer as we are licensed to do so.
