Complaint Comments:
Refused to address shown damage to right rear un-body frame rail. Stated to me that he wanted the vehicle on the frame machine and measured where he could see what is going on. I tried to explain to Don that there is damage on the rail and he needed to address it. He stated to me that he also saw damage on the rail but at this time he did not know how it got there. He refused to pay/compesate shown damage from this loss. How would the state like to address this concern? I show damage he agrees that there is damage but the end result is not paying for the damage.
