Received a call from Jim Jasper from PDA, he told me "I should have not brought my car to Professionals Auto Body, now I may have to total the vehicle". These types of tactic a consumer should not have to listen to, when you have an accident you should not have to go through these types of dealing. When you pay for insurance you expect that your claim is handled professionally and all your damage is paid for.
