Complaint Comments:
Ms Cook who has been a customer of Flick Brothers for 28 years, Car was side swiped on her street. Being a friend, And also her repair shop of "choice", which I remind you is 2 minutes from her residence. Ms. Cook brought her damaged 05 Honda Accord to Flick Brothers, December 23 and reported her claim to Geico Insurance from my desk and telephone. The Geico rep tried in Vain to get her to take car else where . Using all the Buzz words, like promt repais , life time guarantee's, delays in inspection,etc. Ms Cook who was not feeling well at the time, and on the eve of the holidays. Had no time fo the sales pitch/ illegal steering that was going on. Also being versed law, as opposed to the common policy holder. Ms Cook was having none of thier slanderous tactics.and left her car with Flick Brothers. Please call Ms Cook and get the side of the consumer!!
