Complaint Comments:
After 4 times coming out to our facility Mr. Sypher will not pay for these operations to put this vehicle back to pre-loss condition. We are replacing the L/S 1/4 Panel on this vehicle and he will not pay to blend refinish the tailgate for color match. Anytime a panel gets replaced the adjacent panels need to get refinshed for colormatch. Here is the itemized list of all the necessary repair procedures required to put this vehicle back to pre-loss condition. 1. Blend refinish lift gate. 2. R&I lift gate outer handle. 3. R&I lift gate lock cylinder. 4. R&I lift gate back glass. 5. Replace 3 lift gate emblems. 6. R&I lift gate high mount lamp. 7. R&I lift gate interior trim. 8. Time to reinstall the spare tire. (vehicle had a flat tire owner installed spare tire at sceen of accident.) 9. Panel Bonding Adhesive for L/R Door Skin and L/S 1/4 Panel 10. Cover Wheels/Bag Cover 11. Cover Vehicle for Primer 12. Pa Tire Tax and Disposal Fee 13. 2nd Wheel Alignment. Paid for 1 Alignment Needed Suspension Parts had to do a 2nd wheel alignment after new parts were installed. 14. Back tape door and body jambs for primer application. 15. Glass Kit for Tailgate back glass. 16. Urethane Removal for tailgate back glass. Thank you for hearing my concerns. Brad Runge
