Complaint Comments:
On 8/17/2015 Richard Foley from Allstate Ins Co. Arrived at Cavallo Auto Body in Newtown Square to inspect a vehicle for additional damages discovered after the vehicle was disassembled. After acknowledging the damage he said he cannot override what the original appraiser (Gordon Kozicki Lic # 139905) wrote. He said he was going to his car to call the original appraiser and then come back and discuss the claim some more. He never came back into the shop, instead after a couple of minutes he just left the premises and has not had any contact with the shop. All this is doing is causing delays in the repair process and creating unfair treatment towards one of our mutual customers. This by the way, is after we called the supplement in on 8/10/2015 and were told on 8/12/2015 that a representative from Allstate will be out on 8/14/2015. Richard Foley did not show up until 8/17/2015 when we were subjected to this unfair treatment. This appraiser has shown total dis-regard for the license he holds in the State of Pennsylvania and as a result has created a delay in the repair process of the customers vehicle. Please investigate.
