Comes in shop and inspects the vehicle without notifying anyone that she was here and she had to come back and take more pictures about damage that was in question, never checked in with the office, came in the back door both times, very unprofessional, and the deal breaker was agreed to replace the right front wheel and then came back and stated to me she spoke to the customer and he said it was not related, (which was a complete lie) My customer said she never discussed the wheel in there conversation.
