Complaint Comments:
To Pennsylvania DOI: 'On December 20th Mr. David Pirolli appraised the damages for the Insured vehicle. He verbally reviewed the damage repair analysis with me and went out to his vehicle to write a preliminary report of his finding. Came back in the shop started by stating that he found all used parts from a supplier he did business with repeatedly, he found an LKQ front bumper assy, both headlamp, right side marker, and was told by the salvager (Gene) that all the LKQ parts were clean just like new ones, we contacted the salvage supplier during the appraisal interview and found out the opposite, we asked that he should not lie, like a bad kid around the holidays, and we requested to put his false statement in written on the estimate. We also asked him to address on the estimate what he felt was related to this accident and what was not, because his professional conduct will be detrimental for proper settlement of this claim, he refused to do so and stopped his appraisal. He puffed his chest outward, after overcoming his Napoleon complex and informed me that he will call the owner to have them, remove their vehicle away from our shop, sorry for that! But the owner was not there and his secretary transfer him to a voice message, (he did leave a message) then he called his supervisor Mr. Bill Murphy to find out what to do next, Mr. Murphy has a loud and a distinguish voice and I heard him say, standing feet away from Mr. Pirolli, to f*!@*Happy Holiday that as$^*#Happy New Year, write the estimate and leave the f*(&%HAPPY HOLIDAY place. We continued discussing the damage in question but he didn't feel it was necessary, so he left the shop went out to his vehicle got on his cell phone for a while, and few minutes later drove away from our lovely shop with out leaving a written estimate, meanwhile I try to contact my old good friend Mr. Murphy to find out what great English he speaks and he assured me that he doesn't give a f*^% Happy Holiday of what I will do next (meaning filing a complaint to the DOI), and that he has 500 shop that he deals with and nobody gives him any sh*^Happy Holiday, I think he needs to wash his MOUTH or else NO GIFTS FOR HIM THIS HOLIDAY FROM SANTA. Today we found out that Mr. Pirolli advised the inside rep, that we didn't come to an agreement that why he is mailing the estimate to the owner and to the shop, how convenient. It's becoming more and more apparent that the Insurance industry can say and do what they please in our Commonwealth, (who has a friend in Pennsylvania).'On a serious note the vehicle sustained an impact where the front bumper cover flew of the vehicle and land on the other side of the street, this caused inner structure damage to the front end, deep surface scratches (black color) on the left fender, hood, twisted the hood latch, broke away the headlamps and right turn signal, the left one is hanging on the ground and Mr. Pirolli want us to buff the scratches away (with our magical Scratch be Gone ma-chi-ney the elves are u.p.s' ing it from EUROPE soon) on the top surfaced panel and on the left turn signal plastic lens. I question his professional behavior and conduct and the DOI should review his lack of competency & trustworthiness he executes toward the unaware public. Both gentlemen did read the same PA. Appraisers Act & Regs. or have they changed again? It's the holidays and the stress levels are high maybe that is why this has happen. Happy Holidays.
