Mr. Fritz came to reinspect additional damages on said claim, Shop rep took him to mechanical shop to show him the damages. Mr Fritz "never" gave the shop a copy of supplement and then denied the labor rate that mechanical charged! After he gave a verbal ok on repairs It is obvious thi man has no background in automotive repairs, and is ignorant as to what is needed to make proper repairs
