State Farm Insurance Company Insured 99 Dodge Ram Appraiser wrote to repair front bumper cover. Did not want to discuss the proper materials required to do these repairs and justify the repair hours he wrote. I felt the cover should be replaced.Appraiser wrote a used part for this vehicle, after calling the used part outfit,they stated to me that this was a headlight that was built by damaged headlight pieces to make one headligt. I feel that a damaged headlight repaired is not fixing this vehicle properly. Also I feel that I should not have to make an additional phone call to an outfit in IA., and have to wait 5 days to get it.(including weekends) So I feel that this appraiser is treating me and my customer unfairly. Also I feel that the reason he wrote used was for his company's benefit and for the benefit for his evaluation. Also I feel that I was underpaid for flex additive after showing him that it cost me $2.42 per oz and 8oz would be required for a new or repaired front bumper cover he felt that $4.00 is all his company allowed based on their material study they did.
