THE OWNER WAS SUPPLIED AN ESTIMATE BY MS.GILMORE TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE TO LOSS ON 4/28/12. THE ESTIMATE STATES "IT IS NOT BASED ON A PERSONAL INSPECTION OF YOUR DAMAGED VEHICLE" IT ALSO GOES ON TO STATE IT WAS A DESK AUDIT. THE ESTIMATE IS WRITTEN TO REPLACE THE REAR BUMPER COVER WITH AN OEM SURPLUS PART. THE PART WAS FOUND IN WATERLOO IA. I AM EXPECTED TO USE MY CREDIT CARD AND ORDER A PART FROM HALF WAY ACROSS THE COUNTRY?? I CALL IN A SUPPLEMENT REQUEST AND WAS TOLD TO WRITE IT MYSELF AND FAX IT TO LIBERTY. I EXPECT THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO WRITE A FAIR AND REASONABLE ESTIMATE. I ALSO DO NOT EXPECT TO REPAIR A VEHICLE THAT HAS NOT BEEN INSPECTED PERSONALLY BY A LICENSED ESTIMATOR.
