Complaint Comments:
This appraiser came out to estimate the damages to this vehicle numerous times. I explained to him that the radiator was damaged from day one. He explained to me that he would need to see the damage first before he could make a decision on this. I showed him the leaking area but he could not see the crack. So I explained to him that I would take out the radiator in front of him so he could see the crack were the fluid was leaking from. After doing so he verbally told me that he would note the file & someone on the inside would make a decision. I did not understand. I showed him the damage, I explained to him that there is no way someone could even be driving this vehicle with the severity of the damage to the radiator and the leaking that was going on. I tried to tell him when the vehicle hit the deer the radiator cracked. He refused to leave any paperwork documenting the damage in question & refused to make a decision. I feel this is unjust.
