Complaint Comments:
I have a customer that was told to go to the drive-in to get an appraisal. She drove there to get an estimate to speed up repairs on her vheicle. She brought the vheicle in and when i review this estimate it was a total joke. I could not belive what he wrote. He missed and didn't pay for so many operations that I could not even start on repairs until another staff appraiser came out to go over the repairs needed. I got the vehicle in on Tuesday 7/30 and called in a supplement. I did not get a response until Friday 8/2. I feel that this delay holds up more claims in my shop. I feel that they should be able to come out faster because they get to the accident scene 15 mins before the accident. So why cant they get out on supplements just as fast. I feel that Jeb should reavaluate his estimating skills. Thank you, Brad Runge
