Complaint Comments:
This vehicle was involve ia an accident while parked and the drivers suspension got severly damage, and it was towed to our facility. On Monday morning we received a telephone (215 651 2231)call from Mr. Kenneth D'Annibale informing us that he was outside (midway of a common 200yrd muddy driveway) and wanted to see the vehicle there. This past Monday the weather at our area was raining heavy. We explained to him that this un-drivable vehicle could not be driven to his choosen spot, due to the weather and the suspension damage. This State Farm appraiser then refused to enter the shop permises to complete a scheduled supplement request on this vehicle due to his company's restriction
