Complaint Comments:
Melissa's vehicle was towed to Pro Team Collision from the accident scene. The vehicle was not safely drivable, and Pro Team had many positive reviews. When the vehicle arrived, David Donahue, from Progressive, tried to heavily steer for the vehicle to be moved to a Progressive DRP shop. David threated Melissa will have out-of-pocket expenses as Progressive will not cover the total cost of repairs at her shop of choice. Melissa chose to have the vehicle stay. David inspected the vehicle and wrote a fraction of the repairs. The vehicle was disassembled, and David was provided the complete estimate of repairs required to restore Melissa's 4Runner to predamaged condition. David only added a portion of the repairs. David would not provide an itemized list of the lines he was denying to Melissa or Pro Team. David refused to put into writing what was being denied, what needed documentation, and reasons for them. Melissa and Pro Team made numerous requests for this information. David has been delaying the claim, exhibiting predatorial practices, and not acting in good faith to resolve the claim.
