We have experienced this unprofessional behavior multiple times with the same claim specialist, Lee Cannon! When the un-aware PA Consumer calls back to State Farm with their choice of shop of where they would like their damaged vehicle to be repaired, Lee Cannon on behalf of State Farm response with the same negative narratives, harassing and attempting to coerce, intimidate with the intent to steer-away the consumer (vehicle owner) to a State Farm affiliated network shop with mis-leading statements and mis-information concerning the settlement of their claim & etc... Example; We do not deal with you shop of choice... Shop is a "TROUBLE SHOP"... Shop is difficult to deal with.... Shop takes a long time to complete the repairs... causes delays... Shop charges to much and the VO will need to pay the additional money... etc.... In the recent past, the VO's mother a long time customer also has shared with us the same experience with her prior State Farm claims, it's NON STOP .... This inappropriate action needs to stop! Please share this complaint with the PA Attorney General's office, for someone to review and hopefully take action.... If the DOI would like additional information with prior claims consistent with this un-professional behavior we're able to assist.. Just my thoughts! Thank You, Art Agatsiotis GA COLLISION CENTER
