David Donahue tried to convince the customer who already had their vehicle towed on site to have their vehicle moved to a preferred shop. David threated the customer would have out of pocket costs, as Progressive would not pay the full bill. David deliberately missed damage on the intial estimate. David then refused to approve the measurement of the vehicle structure or calibrations. The vehicle needed both. Vehicle was measured and showed structural damage. David continued to cut the estimates short and state the customer owes the difference to have their vehicle restored to predamage condition.
