Appraiser Mager made every attempt to direct our customer away from our facility into one of the Progressive facility. DRP contracted shops. He was so sure he could do this he refused to leave us a check for the repairs or would not write the check until he had an opportunity to direct our customer away. We are aware of this abusive behavior through conversation with our customer. Mager did not write an accurate impartial and independent appraisal of damages. The estimate written by the Progressive appraiser is not a proper assessment of damages and not enough for proper repairs. Numerous violations of the state laws and regulations written to protect PA. consumers
